All orders placed on aurbanvyb.com or via our official WhatsApp channel are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive an automated confirmation message and tracking link once your shipment has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Punjab & Nearby Northern Regions: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Metro & Tier-1 Cities): 3 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India (Rural / Remote Locations): 5 to 8 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹999. A nominal fee of ₹60–₹80 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes across India. A standard COD handling charge of ₹50 may apply to ensure verification.
4. Store Pickup in Shahkot (Free)
If you reside in or near Shahkot, you can choose Local In-Store Pickup. Your items will be packed and ready within 2 hours at our store: Opposite Aggarwal Medical Store, Gurudwara Road, Shahkot. Simply show your order confirmation upon arrival.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the external packaging arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photograph and reject the parcel from the courier executive, or notify us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 88476 35142 or via WhatsApp with an unboxing video.
