1. Size & Style Exchanges
We want you to love your fit. If your clothing item does not fit as expected, we offer a 7-Day Hassle-Free Size Exchange from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original brand tags and polybags intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- You can also visit our retail store in Shahkot to exchange sizes in person on the spot.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and standard industry guidelines, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:
- Stationery items (pens, notebooks, art supplies) once the original seal is broken.
- Innerwear, socks, and personal care accessories.
- Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale".
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Every piece is checked for quality before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a defective garment or wrong product, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 88476 35142 within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement immediately.
4. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: If a replacement is out of stock, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking) within 5–7 business days after the returned product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection.
- COD Orders: Refunds for verified returns of Cash on Delivery orders are issued via UPI transfer or Bank NEFT upon confirmation with the customer.
